Overview

Nigeria's cocoa grows mainly in the south-west and south-south, with a main crop from October and a light crop mid-year. Sownar sources fermented, dried beans through cooperatives and licensed buying agents, graded at partner facilities before bagging.

Typical uses: Grinding and chocolate manufacture.
