Our mission is to move Africa's harvest to the world by sourcing from farming communities, certifying to global standards and delivering with full documentary discipline. Five stages, and at each one there is something you receive.
The process
From enquiry to discharge

Step 1
Sourcing from farming communities
What you receive
- Availability and indicative price for the quantity requested
- Origin region(s) and expected grade
- A realistic lead time for the season
Step 2
Aggregation and preparation
What you receive
- Packaging confirmation (bag type, net weight, marking)
- Photos of the prepared lot on request
- Pre-shipment sample where agreed
Step 3
Testing to your specification
What you receive
- Test certificates from the laboratory for the agreed parameters
- Third-party inspection report (for example SGS or equivalent) where requested
- Sample dispatch details where a sample is agreed
Step 4
Export documentation
What you receive
- Draft documents for your review before shipment
- Final document set with copies sent ahead of the originals
- Courier tracking for original documents
Step 5
Shipment
What you receive
- Loading photos and container/seal numbers
- Bill of lading and vessel schedule
- Arrival updates and support with discharge queries
Terms
Incoterms and ports
We quote FOB as standard. CFR and CIF are available on request for most destinations. Terms are set out on every quotation.
